“Everything in the universe has a rhythm, everything dances.” – Maya Angelou
Thrown smoothly, the Rhythm will be a dependably straight flier. Thrown with power, the Rhythm will exhibit a natural turn from flat, perfect for hyzer flips.
Lower power players will find the Rhythm to be laser straight with a slight fade at the end, making it a great first driver or line-hitting disc.
Higher power players will love the Rhythm for carving up the woods with hyzer flips or natural turnovers from flat, even rollers aren’t out of the question for the Rhythm.
Whether you’re looking for your first straight driver or an awesome line shaper, the soon-to-be fan favorite Rhythm is the fairway driver for you.
Plastic: Neutron - See all Neutron Discs
Neutron plastic is MVP/Axiom's highest quality plastic. It has the same durability properties as Proton plastic, but with a few advantages. Neutron plastic has improved grip. It is opaque in color which makes it easy to find on the course. Some molds are also available in soft neutron plastic.
Stamp: Stock
This is the standard, or stock, stamp for this mold in this plastic, at this time. Stock stamps change from time to time as manufacturers attempt to keep their offerings fresh.
Consistent gradual flip. Great for hyzer flip also.
I was looking for something that was on the less stable side in a seven speed. This had a gorgeous stamp that made me smile, and felt good in the hand.
So I bought it on a Saturday and went out and tested it in the Kansas wind. It played nicely one week later, I was playing on a docile day And through my first ever ace. So all in all this Disc worked for me and had one of the best returns on investment.
As new, for my arm speed, this disc flies more straight with less turn. I'm confident that with a few more tree hits it will begin to turn similar to my Leopard3. Rim shapes are different (Rhythm vs Leopard3) so that may be a personal thing that determines a preferred disc pick. I also have a similar pair (Impulse vs Sidewinder) which are the "same" yet different for shot variation.
