David Wiggins, Jr. knows a thing or two about disc golf. As the 2010 US Amateur Champion, 2010 Amateur World Champion, 5-time Junior World Champion, and the current Disc Golf Distance World Record Holder at 1108 feet, David can throw with the best of them. When it comes to picking a disc for distance, David is very specific. It’s the Boss. He’s set World Records with both R-Pro and Blizzard Champion versions in different weights, but when it comes to distance on the golf course, he’s identified what type of Boss he prefers, low 170’s, domey, and stiff. This is the disc we created specifically for him, the David Wiggins, Jr. Tour Series Glow Halo Star Boss. We can’t guarantee you’ll be able to throw almost a quarter mile like David “Big Wig” Wiggins, but at least you’ll have the right tool for the job. The Boss currently holds the Distance World Record (1108 ft or 338 meters) thrown by David Wiggins Jr. Designed for maximum distance off the tee. This is a fast stable driver that can handle full power throws and moderate headwinds. Advanced players and sidearm throwers will appreciate the dependable stability. The Boss has a slight high speed turn to help maximize distance with a predictable fade. David Wiggins Jr used a 154 gram R-Pro Boss to set the World Record 338 M (1108.92 feet) for the longest throw in March 2016. The Champion Boss flight numbers have been updated to better reflect the more stable flight.

Mdjagg These things are super sweet. They are extra grippy, and a little flatter than new Star Boss runs. They also fly very straight compared to a domey Star Boss. Definitely a great compliment to an overstable Boss.

les m. I have a few of these in my bag. All champ 169-175ish weight. I love this disc for getting maximum distance out of drive. I swear I can throw this disc an extra 30-40 feet over my destroyers. this disc always gives you some good predictable fade.

A.K. I tried out the boss on DZ's trial program along side the charger trying to fill a specific spot in my bag. The boss was a little more stable than what I needed but definitely flew the way innova portrays it!

Michael this disc is great for throwers who like high speed disc. in my opinion, the best 13 speed driver on the market. i’ve had different plastics and they all prove themselves. easy to get that broken in feel you want as well. overall a great distance driver and would recommend to any forehand throwers with some experience.
