MVP Disc Sports - GYRO Mold Technology

MVP's GYRO Technology uses 2 different molds that are fused together to form each disc. By doing this they're able to not only have different colored rims but the plastic itself is a different material. By putting heavier/denser plastic on the rim and light weight plastic on the flight plate you get an enhanced gyroscopic effect which stabilizes the disc's flight.

MVP Disc Sports Molds

MVP offers a wide range of PDGA approved molds from putters to high speed drivers for all levels of players. Their GYRO stability makes them some of the straightest flying discs on the market.

Putters

The MVP Ion is their beaded putter and it will hold a line even on a powerful throw. A very slight fade makes this a great disc for point and throw accuracy. Shop MVP Putters

Midranges

The MVP Axis Midrange can be thrown with ease by newer players. Its -1 turn and midrange speed rating make it easier to keep flat. The high glide gives the beginner the player the extra distance that will keep you coming back for more. Shop MVP Midranges

Fairway Drivers

A sturdy fade and not too much glide make the Volt great for predictable landings. If you thow the line you wanted you won't get many surprises from a Volt. The Amp's -3 is great for new players or it becomes a roller disc for a bigger arm. Shop MVP Fairway Drivers

Fission Plastic - Lightweight micro bubbles.

Fission combines Neutron plastic with MVP's micro bubble technology. This decreases the weight of the flight plate even more so the improved GYRO effect and be achieved in overall light weight discs. If you want a little extra different or you're having trouble getting that nice flat throw then try a lighter disc. You won't be disappointed

Proton Plastic - Durable and translucent.

Proton Plastic maintains the durability of Neutron but comes in beautiful, translucent, you wanna take a bite, candy colors. These are great discs to light up for LED night rounds. The Eclipse versions have glowing rims to boot.

Plasma Plastic - Soft and gummy. Great for the cold.

Plasma is a polymer plastic. It has a fancy metallic sheen and it's slightly gummy. Great for cold weather, it won't harden up and crack when the temperature drops. The gummy material has a better grip in the cold and rain too.

Electron Plastic (Soft, Medium, and Firm) - Putter plastic.

Electron plastic comes in a variety of firmness so you can get just the feel you want. Electron won't be as durable as the Proton or Neutron Plastic. It will wear slowly adding glide and neutral flight as it does so.
